Premium is the only kit that includes SIP internal walls. Walls and roof are 204 mm panels with heavier 12 mm OSB-3 and HIRSCH EPS 70 insulation, which is stronger than the EPS 60 used in the entry kits. The complete house kit arrives on site ready to assemble.
