The entry-level house kit, with 160 mm SIP panels and a rafter roof. The most affordable way to obtain a warm structural shell direct from the manufacturer.

On price, what the kit contains, assembly and foundations.
How much does a SIP panel house kit cost?
From €165 to €210 per m² of total floor area, depending on the specification. A Comfort kit for a house of 100 m², for instance, starts at €17,500. We prepare an exact price for your particular design within one to two working days.
How does a house kit differ from a turnkey house?
A house kit is the house as a set of parts: walls, floors and roof, without foundations, roof covering, windows or finishes. A turnkey house is that same kit plus every stage of work from the foundations to the front door. Prices for construction are set out on the Prices page.
How does a house kit differ from a modular house?
A modular house arrives as finished blocks of limited size and needs a crane. A SIP panel kit lets you build a house of any floor area and layout — from 50 to 300+ m², on one or two storeys — and assemble it on site without heavy plant.
Can the kit be assembled without a builder?
Yes. Every panel is numbered, and instructions and fixings are included. Two or three people with a screwdriver will put up the shell of a single-storey house in five to ten days. If you would rather not, our own team will carry out the assembly.
What foundations does a SIP panel house need?
The house is light, so a pier-and-strip or piled foundation is usually sufficient. We determine the type once the ground conditions on your plot have been surveyed.
How long does manufacture take?
Between two and four weeks once the design has been approved, depending on the floor area and the current workload at the works.
