The price of a SIP panel house — from €330 per m²
We build to two specifications. "Base" is the warm shell of the house on its foundations; "Ready for internal finishing" is the house complete with roof covering, façade, windows and external doors, ready for the internal trades. Prices are given per m² of total floor area for designs from our catalogue.

What affects the price
Our "from" price is for a catalogue design on a level plot. The final cost depends on the following:

Questions and answers
On the cost of a finished house, timescales and how we quote.
How much does a turnkey SIP panel house cost?
A house ready for internal finishing starts at €440 per m². For a house of 100 m² that is from €44,000. A full turnkey house with internal finishes and services is quoted individually, and comes to roughly €150–250 per m² more, depending on the materials.
Why is a SIP panel house cheaper than a brick one?
Light foundations, no wet trades and quick assembly give a saving of 40–45% against a brick house of the same floor area. Heating costs are three to five times lower as well.
How long does construction take?
The shell of the house on its foundations takes two to three weeks once the kit has been manufactured. A house ready for internal finishing takes about three months.
