In Comfort the walls are the same 160 mm SIP panels, while the roof is made from 200 mm SIP panels reinforced with 60×180 mm timber. That means a loft or upper storey beneath the roof is warm without any separate roof insulation, and the roof takes no longer to assemble than the walls.
