Can a design be altered?
Yes. We adapt the layout, the window sizes, the terraces and the roof to suit your plot and your wishes. Those changes are included in the cost of the design work.
What do the two prices on a design mean?
"Base" is the warm shell on its foundations. "Ready for internal finishing" adds the roof covering, the façade, the windows and the external doors. The Prices page sets this out in full.
Are there designs under 100 m²?
Yes — Fiorentina at 96 m², for example. Do use the floor area filter.
Can I commission a design of my own?
Certainly. Send us a sketch or describe what you have in mind, and we shall prepare an EP-stage design for SIP construction.
